Just like for AWS , there is a mobile app for azure on the Playstore for android and the appStore . You install and connect to your account.

You can access the settings with the menu icon the left.

For the resources group in example, you can see all of them here. You click on the one you want and you ll have the details

You can see here the status of the AKS rg, (i was deleting it via the console on the borwser) the app is up to date.

Remember , the app is mostly for monitoring purpose, you cannot create resources on your app(you can you the mobile browser for that).
You can set notifications  or alerts for some services, or even the billing cap.
