to add files in this repo without needing to git clone(if you have the rights), you click on the directory name , where you want to add them

you click on add file, then choose create file if you want to manually type the content of the file, the name will have the extension supported(.txt,.yaml etc...), then you save by clicking on commit changes

or you choose an already existing one in your computer by clicking on upload file

when this opens, you can either drag and drop the file you want here, or click on choose your files, it will open a window for you to browse the directories in your pc

You can select one or more files , then go on with open

And you re good to go
